AlertCare 75% Alcohol Prep Pads are specially designed to disinfect and clean the skin to prepare it for injections, blood collections, and measurements. The prep pads are gamma treated to kill the microorganisms present on the pad and ensure that it's 100% sterile. Each individual prep pad is saturated with 75% Isopropyl Alcohol which makes it antiseptic. The prep pads are individually sealed inside a 4-layer wrap to prevent leakage and drying out.

Use:

  • For removal of oils and residue from skin
  • For hand washing to decrease bacteria on the skin
  • For preparation of the skin prior to an injection

 

Directions:

  • Apply to skin as needed.
  • Discard after single use. 
  • Do not apply over large areas of the body.
  • Do not use in or near the eyes while using. In case of contact , rinse eyes thoroughly with water.

    Finally a decent size alcohol wipe

    After dealing with minuscule alcohol wipes it's nice to finally have one with a decent size for an adult. Heartily recommend them for cleaning and/or prep for procedures.

    Very Handy to Have

    I really like the size of these prep pads.
    I have been using them for a variety of small disinfecting jobs around my home and elsewhere.
    Since I hey we’re made for skin cleaning, they do dry faster than other alcohol pads designed specifically for electronic cleaning.
    They are saturated enough to clean two cell phones and a T.V. Remote and a light switch.
    As for using on the skin - the size is wonderful and will disinfect a large area.
